So this 40 Day Challenge I have to admit was not my idea, came from my wonderful girlfriend, who has successfully done a 40 day no red meat challenge. She started to try it for lent and was able to accomplish it. I did okay on it (couldn't resist a free meal at Outback and needed a burger .. ) but it made me think about what I could do, and hopefully my challenge can inspire you.
My challenge will be to give up sweets ( If you know me, you know this will be extremely difficult for me!)
Additionally:
- I want to limit myself to one serving of bread per day
- Grow a bit more spiritually everyday
- Limited fried foods
- Exercise 6 days/week
- Insanity!
- Elliptical/Treadmill/StairMaster
- Play Ball
